Questions

Do I have to pay to start?
No. Starter is free while you get established — up to 6 clients, no commission. Once you grow past that, or want the extra tools, you move to a paid plan.
Do you take a commission?
No. We take no commission on your sessions — you keep what you charge. You pay a flat monthly plan for the software; the only per-session cost is Stripe’s standard card-processing fee, which we keep none of.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in. If you cancel a paid plan it simply runs to the end of the period, then drops to Starter — your clients and records stay with you.
Are my clients mine?
Always. You own the relationship and the records. Faresay is your tool, never a middleman.
